View User's Most Popular Photos #24

We should add a new tab for viewing current user's most popular photos. The tab 
should also allow users to sort the photos by views(default option), comments 
or favourites. 

The API we should use is 
http://www.flickr.com/services/api/flickr.stats.getPopularPhotos.html

seems the api is not implemented in flickr4android, need to take care of.

ui part 1 done, currently the sort type can not be specified, thinking of 
adding a setting section, this will depend on how frequent user uses this 
feature, if this feature is used often, providing action items in the photo 
grid view?

actually this issue is not 100% done yet, still need to think about how to 
provide the sort condition...
