some minor redundancy removals #2

Some generic cleanups, and an example function for quickly getting a df/dt from an orgdb/txdb package.

It seems to me that the package will benefit from having a function or two that may be used to gather data from eupathdb/AH objects/packages; so I added a couple. Thus, with your permission, I will extend your vignette to show how one might make use of some of the packages resulting from this.

oh yeah, I also had a conflict in the description file because I am dumb.

Please feel free to extend the vignette in whatever way you think might be useful! I plan to eventually add some more OrgDB/GRanges examples, but I'm not sure yet when I'll have the time to do that. All contributions are appreciated..
