make check/make test now pass on travis #3

These changes perform:

  1. Create a reference with rd2pdf.
  2. Pass the tests and checks from r cmd check on travis (https://travis-ci.org/abelew/EuPathDB)
  3. Append a little to the vignette to provide an example of using an orgdb created by this to collect annotation/go/interpro/ortholog data.
