Issue while adding items #1213

I am Bharti Jayprakash a gssoc'24 contributor I think there are some issue while adding items to purchase , the number of items added to cart is not being displayed. Also there are some issue in navbar when one open the cart section . please assign this task to me and mark this as gssoc level 1 issue if u think it is valuable
