Navigation Issue with Footer Links to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Description

The links in the footer to "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" are not navigating correctly. Currently, when clicking on these links, users are redirected to the wrong pages or encounter broken links.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the bottom of any page on the website.
2. Locate the footer section.
3. Attempt to click on the "Terms and Conditions" link.
4. Observe where the link navigates to.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for the "Privacy Policy" link.

Expected Behavior

• Clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link should navigate the user to the appropriate Terms and Conditions page.
• Clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link should navigate the user to the appropriate Privacy Policy page.

Actual Behavior

• Describe the incorrect behavior observed, such as being redirected to the homepage, encountering a 404 error, or any other issue.
