Added a New "Preloader" Matched with the Theme of The Website

Closes #1573

This PR introduces a new preloader matched to the website theme i.e. Foods and Resturants, to enhance the user experience on the website. The preloader is displayed as a full-screen overlay with a white background

Added a video as the preloader content.
The preloader is styled to cover the entire viewport with a white background.
Included CSS transitions to handle the fade-out effect of the preloader smoothly.
Implemented a timeout to hide the preloader after 5 seconds, with a fade-out effect.
Integrated the preloader across all the pages of the website to maintain consistency
Made it responsive
