Implement new frameworks to enhance the website's user interface, making it more beautiful, attractive, and aesthetic. Additionally, incorporate smooth transitions and scroll effects for a better user experience. Consider CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS Implement smooth page transitions using CSS animations or JavaScript libraries. Add scroll effects such as parallax scrolling, fade-in sections, and other engaging animations. I'll be happy to reslove this asap.
