Open Control panel issues

There is a couple of problems with the "Open Control Panel" option in MPlayer 
GUI (but i think it is only MPlayer related)

First problem is on the audio slider, how to reproduce this:

- Open MPlayer GUI
- in tab "Input" --> select "Open Control Panel" option
- Now open a video you like

Now in your MPlayer control panel try to play with the audio slider at the 
right side of the window.

Turning down the volume works, but if you try to up again the volume it doesn't 
work at all, all become mute ...

A collater problems is that this control window take always the focus of the 
Workbench, so you can't operate with other programs if the panel window is open.

The first bug seems to be related to issue #11, MPlayerGUI uses Arexx to 
control MPlayer during replay, and at least audio-related Arexx commands are 
not correctly handled. I have accepted this ticket just in case.

The second problem is an MPlayerGUI implementation of the control window and is 
not related to MPlayer.

This one should maybe have been reported to Daniel Westerberg,
the issue #11 whit Arexx and volume was fixed in R52, so this should no longer 
be a mplayer problem. This should be reported as mplayer gui problem if the 
problem is not solved, and there for I think we can say this one is solved.
