Ignore hidden files with `show_missing_resources()` #22

If hidden files is too broad, there should be a few that are ignored such as .DS-Store, which has crept up on my mac. I get the warning every time I load a project now:

WARNING: The following local resources have not been added to this KiProject.
 - data/core/.DS_Store
