When will the Fun with Functions! And Numpy/Matplotlib Breakout code be posted on the Python Bootcamp page?

Numpy/Matplotlib breakout solution has been posted. It's in the Numpy/Matplotlib folder (https://github.com/kialio/gsfcpyboot/blob/master/Day_00/04_Numpy_Matplotlib/numpymatplotlib_breakoutsolution.ipynb).

My problem is that I cannot understand what the question is. Would it be possible to clarify what Part 2 and Part 3 are asking us to do?
