So it looks as if the colors you've chosen for the header and footer aren't accessible together. The light brown on medium brown for your title isn't accessible at all, nor is the white on medium brown for the nav. The white on dark brown in that gradient is, though.
In the footer, you've got the same color on top of the same color, which is hard to read in general but also not accessible.
I'd recommend maybe not using a gradient for these areas, and/or picking different shades of brown
