Interesting - this of course suggests that Whatley's departure is indeed carefully orchestrated - by him.

Canny, if arguably indicative of a lack of loyalty to a company that was quite strongly identified with him as an individual.

Disappointing then that TechCrunch even started drafting something so speculative that leaked like this.
