Hey Kian, I'm doing the third option for a customer tomorrow :)

Like you say there's only one country that can have the friendly .99 prices unless you want to slightly disregard the exchange rate and round up or down to the nearest .50, .99 or whatever.

This has become something of a vampire thread. That particular project - this point keeps coming back to haunt us.
