What excellent souvenirs! I wish I had a pair! Please do consider a trip down historic Route 66. The "Gemini Giant" still resides in Wilmington IL and the "Tall Paul" in Atlanta IL. There are numerous other attraction along the mother road. Many travelers prefer the scenic views from their motorcycles but cars do offer air conditioning - a big plus because the summers here are hot and humid. Spring and Fall seasons are the best times but can be unpredictable as the weather changes quickly. Best of luck on your future travels!
