It would be nice if the generated Turtle (with 'Parse RDF as HTML') would start with a comment saying something like # Generated by RDF Browser, just to remind the user that they are not looking at the original file...
Also, in the case where the RDF file contains no triple, this would be less unsettling than a blank screen.
