Idrisi polygon verify? #106

The sample Idrisi polygon file we received doesn't seem to open correctly.  
GeoDa reports empty data source.  We should check that this isn't our issue.  
If it appears to be a problem with the OGR driver, we can do a check for Idrisi 
point format, and report that other formats not currently supported.

Fixed by removing Idrisi from "open datasource" menu item. see ci 3099.
