Add Project / shpfile info to window titles or toolbar #55

It is currently very difficult to figure out which project or shapefile is 
currently openned in GeoDa.  The project or shapefile name should be 
permanantely visible in the Toolbar and possibly some (or all) of the various 
view names.

In GeoDa 1.5.26: Added project name to themeless Map view and to Table.

In GeoDa 1.5.26, SVN revision 3027, Project Information is now available from 
the file menu.
