This PR changes attached scaleforms in a way that:
makes then rotate correctly on the Z axis (XY is still acting weird)
improves relative positioning on all axis
centers the scaleform relatively to the entity (needs improvement)
scales them with correct aspect ratio so instead of the default (0.1, 0.05) it's (0.1, 0,1)
Problems found:
often the scaleform "vibrates" and rotation glitches out for like one frame, but I haven't found a solution to that, probably networking?
EDIT: I assume scaleforms arent made to be moved often. Projecting on a flat prop instead works much better, but that's outside the scope of this project I think
