would be nice to publish to crates.io

I guess, like 90% of all my hobby projects, I never got this to a state where I deemed it finished enough to publish it to crates.io. Also, given that this was written when kicad 6 was beta, it is probably not up to date enough to parse recent kicad files, eventhough kicad is probably backwards-compatible enough to read files produced by this crate.
