TestimonialPaid Component hard coded name #14

using the Testimonial the name is not filled with set prop. Seems that Jon Doe is hard coded.

I cant recreate the issue in storybook

Wasn't reproduced since, and we already have a multitude of Testimonials components in place on the 11ty-pages. Thus -> closing!
