Build and Deploy `Storybook` and `Playroom` on Chromatic #49

Ensure that everything gets built when running Chromatic (see UNICEF as an example), so that a simple CNAME domain for hosting of those two should suffice (e.g. storybook.design-system.agency / storybook.basic.design-system.agency and storybook.design-system.agency/playroom / storybook.basic.design-system.agency/playroom).

While doing this, we should also investigate why currently images don't seem to work quite right:
