In order to track where we're at with certain deals, team members should be able to add a template workflow to a deal type which is copied into the deals themselves on creation.
Deal type has workflow list - just a set of text labels in a particular order is ok for now.

Any team member can change the deal's current stage to any other stage within the workflow.
Example workflow: Win sale, Agree Profit Split, Delivery, Settle, Complete
