In order to ensure that we remember to do everything we need to, team members should see and be able to tick off things that they're responsible for at each stage of a workflow for a deal.
Add todo's with the associated role to a particular deal type.
These todo's get copied to the deal when it's created.
They get cleared when the deal type changes.
Any team member can tick off any todo, no matter which role it is assigned to.
