经测试，目前的依赖项不满足2.3.3版本导致amule无法正常运行！！！ #3

Requirements For UPnP you need at least libupnp-1.6.7. For C++17 you need at least Cryptopp-6.0.0. For notifications you need at least wxWidgets-2.9.0. 此种情况首先要解决wxWidgets版本问题，原wxbse2.8.12版本不能满足此版本。。。

我在Windows和Linux上都编译过，wxbase 2.8.12是没问题的，这里写的是启用通知功能必须使用wxWidgets-2.9.0以上版本
