bypass 1.2-74自动更新节点功能无效 #16

1.2-71版本时功能正常， 74版本无法自动更新节点

@lon91ong 手动点击更新订阅能更新成功么,

手动更新也失败， 在软件包中卸载了1.2-74， 在putty中手动安装1.2-71功能正常了

等等我重装回1.2-74

另外测试下此订阅地址在ssr-plus下是否正常, bypass的订阅和ssr-plus的基本一样.

没有用ssr-plus 下面时1.2-74的节点更新日志：
