phone will not restore in itunes keeps saying network connection timed out #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.tried  to download ziphone onto phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

all i see is the screen where its saying conncet to itunes
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
