Virginize doesn't work IMEI 0049

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the revirginizer
2. After all run still IMEI 0049 and XLOCK PN 2,4 ... Problem

Is there a possible solution? I tried all the revirginize guides and the
ipsf fake server (which could read my correct imei). nothing did work.

AT+XSIMSTATE=1
+XSIM: 2
+XLOCK: "PN",2,4,"PU",4,4,"PP",4,4,"PC",4,4,"PS",4,4

the revirginizer will work if you have the correct secpack
make sure you have the correct secpack for your firmware

I have the correct secpack for the firmware. It comes with the revirginizer.
Why dou you think the wrong secpack is the problem?
