Add sbt-cppp to ThirdPartyAddOns wiki page, please #597

I recently open-sourced sbt-cppp, a [Sbt](http://www.scala-sbt.org) Plugin for 
Protocol Buffer. The project is here: https://github.com/Atry/sbt-cppp .

I'd like to see it in https://code.google.com/p/protobuf/wiki/ThirdPartyAddOns .

`sbt-cppp` have been used in some internal projects for years. It providers 
more dependency management features than 
[sbt-protobuf](https://github.com/sbt/sbt-protobuf).
