Support for RaspberryPi B+ #14

We have the device with us! Just need to make minor adjustments to get things going

Hey we'll get the support done as soon as possible. We've been busy with other stuff lately and so couldn't give time for EMBD. But as @kidoman had earlier mentioned, we'll test the current version with B+ and make the necessary changes ASAP.

@brutella We have added preliminary support for RPi A+/B+. Please check it out :)
