As stated in contributing guides, Sushi provides some manifests that are unlikely going into known buckets anytime soon, but chances are users doesn't know the existence of these third-party buckets.
Restart of the Scoop Documentation (particularly the search part) is not likely to start in the near future, so I'm starting to submitting some of the manifests in Sushi to known buckets. Since I remove the manifests once they have been accepted into known buckets, and Scoop doesn't provide a mechanism for reminding the users, I want to make this issue a tracker for the ongoing migration.
