Multi breed fishing, unique instantiation - flocking - population control. #50

Should be all there and pretty easy to understand. Already talked about my thoughts on Discord. Some of the parameters, like the min max populations for each breed need to randomised (or set through a menu).

Oh, I've also put back passing parameters to flock as I've taken out parameters.breed and added a fishBreed to the fishes.
