The model loading script (https://github.com/ncpi-fhir/ncpi-api-fhir-service/blob/master/scripts/load_model.sh) has been deprecated since the ncpi-fhir-ig repository has a different structure based on SUSHI from what we used to have at the ncpi-model-forge repository. Refactor the bash script so that it would work against the new IG repo.
