Description

• Updated README to add -a flag for download script
• removed DGD snvs again from pbta_all
• added minocoseq and teachey configs
• Fixed RNA and Fusion sample name import, ensure it is string even if input looks like int
• Updated meta study handling to be a bit more generic and intuituve
