Decide to how properly categorize/model what is currently termed as primary and secondary diagnoses in OMOP.
Example: CBTTC
Participants are enrolled in CBTTC because they have brain tumors. However, the redcap forms also collect other medical conditions and cancer predispositions. These are also, technically, a diagnosis but have been self reported on the forms. We treat these diagnoses equally along with their corresponding brain tumor and display them at the same level in the portal.
We have received feedback that this is not a good representation of the data, and the CBTTC folks do not want to see the other dx alongside the brain tumors.
