Search doesn't always clear #67

(Seen on the homepage but should be tested throughout the app)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Switch to list view on Homepage
  2. Search for a term like "Patient" and select a result
  3. Table should show single row with "Patient"
  4. Highlight search text and replace with something like "Condition"
  5. Select "Condition"
  6. Row remains showing "Patient"
