✨Add Timeline to Patient resource #87

Adds a "timeline" tab in place of "references" for any resources with a base type of Patient.

@znatty22 I changed it to timeline because it shows the same information, just in a different way. I can add it back in if this view is preferred though

@abgeorge7 I think it would be useful to add it back because there could be resource references that don't have dates and wouldn't make sense to display on the timeline
