Scrapbook - Can't edit icons

We are expanding the number of things you can edit when clicking the pencil icon on scrapbook tiles. This is currently in development.

@jkhartshorne This has also been deployed to staging. Along with the other new editing options, includes the ability to edit icons in the scrapbook:
