Note: We should not merge until we clarify:

We can use apache/incubator-kie-drools instead of kiegroup/drools here
Is it right to modify release.yml and pre-release.yml
Check with Roberto from productization point of view

Discussed with @rgdoliveira @mariofusco ,

kiegroup/drools-ansible-rulebook-integration main should build with kiegroup/drools main
kiegroup/drools-ansible-rulebook-integration 1.0.x should build with kiegroup/drools 9.101.x-prod

Let's align with kiegroup/drools
