`-fae,--fail-at-end` flags #434

To add -fae,--fail-at-end flags (like the one from maven)

-fae,--fail-at-end  Only fail the build afterwards; allow all non-impacted builds to continue

and the fail-fast should be default behaviour as it was before v3
