Add option to specify start project instead of just resuming from the first point of failure

When specifying the start project have to take care of the following cases:

• start project is undefined but the build we are resuming had fail at end enabled
• start project is defined but does not exist in node chain
• start project is defined, exists in node chain but wasn't executed in the build we are resuming
• start project is defined, exists in node chain and was executed in the build we are resuming
