Change test output to populate individual migration files #48

Now just pointing to target/processdefinition.bpmn.xml and over writing for each of the tests. Need to populate target/{test-name}/processdefintion.bpmn.

Adjusted testing output to be placed in target/migrated_processes for …

all tests so that bpmn2 output is available. Closes gh-48.
