VSCode lost changes

I am currently doing something in kogito and lately when I make modifications to my diagrams, I save, close the file and reopen it <= 50% of my modifications are lost.

• I have noticed that this occurs with long work sessions 5 - 6 hours without closing the file, at least in these last 2 weeks it has happened to me 5 - 7 times
• I always verify that the modifications indicator says that there are no changes in the tab ->
• It has happened to me with small (<25 elements) and large (> 50 elements) diagrams
• It has happened to me trying to modify some example in those published in the kogito example repository (process-quarkus-example) BUT only if I have kept the bpmn editor open for a long time
• If I make modifications, I save and close the editor(vscode) in short periods, it does not happen

Unfortunately I can not give more information because I do not know what causes it

The time I accumulate is for calls, presentations or other reasons, but I do not close I use linux, Manjaro and append the vscode information

The last time it happened to me, I copied a Lane with 4 - 7 elements and pasted it 2 times, it was saved correctly [ctrl + s here], then modify the packages referred to by each of the ServiceTask and adjust some arrows [ ctrl + s here]... change project to check something in the same instance, I go back to the previous project and the changes were only until the copy and paste and the first package changes, the second lane changes and all the decision arrows were they lost

It has also happened to me when I am presenting, I make live modifications, save, close the file by request, they ask me to open the file again and the changes are not there, I modify again I check that the icon says that it has saved, I close, I open and the changes were again lost, but if I close the editor and reopen and modify they are saved correctly
