Particular search request fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.The following code search fails 
http://www.google.com/codesearch#search&q=FileNotFound+package:http://adt-addons
%5C.googlecode%5C.com
2. Exposes google internals error message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A search result.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chrome on Windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Any additional information, hmmm, ok. The airspeed velocity of an unladen 
swallow is approximately 24 miles per hour.
