The tooltip should use the html code for (R) ®.

Should the link point to the recommended tools page?

This has to be fixed on the startpage as well as in teh right menu.

Also, the startpage logo should be centered.

Only point still missing is the startpage logo should be centered => KIEKER-703 Done .
