JIRA Issue: KIEKER-502 Decorator support for dependency graphs Original Reporter: Holger Knoche

Added a Decorator interface for dependency graphs
Implemented a decorator/decoration pair for minimum, average and maximum response time
Currently limited to AssemblyComponentDependencyGraph and AssemblyOperationDependencyGraph

Decorator support is now available for all explicitly modeled graphs in the visualization package.

PMD and FindBugs complain about a couple of things:

Could you please have a look at the reported issues? Most of them should be easy to fix.
In case were it makes no sense, add a comment

PMD/FB have no more errors
