JIRA Issue: KIEKER-1944 Update Read The Docs Version Original Reporter: David Georg Reichelt

Currently, all read the docs versions are set to 1.16. In the future, the read the docs versions should be set to the current version, e.g. 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT for the current snapshot documentation.
