[KIEKER-1826] CXF tests are broken

The update of the Jetty version in https://kieker-monitoring.atlassian.net/browse/KIEKER-1823 lead to the failing CFX tests:

• kieker.test.monitoring.junit.probe.adaptiveMonitoring.cxf.TestCXFClientServerInterceptors.testIt
• kieker.test.monitoring.junit.probe.cxf.executions.TestCXFClientServerInterceptorsNoSessionRegisteredBefore.testIt
• kieker.test.monitoring.junit.probe.cxf.executions.TestCXFClientServerInterceptorsSessionRegisteredBefore.testIt

It turned out that the used CFX (and related) libraries are outdated and need to be updated (2.6.15 vs. 3.3.6!).

They will be ignored and need to be fixed.

I have updated the cxf libraries and added a set of dependencies, but the test fails. Unfortunately, I have no clue what the error means and no knowledge regarding CXF.

Mark probes as unmaintained. Remove tests.
