[KIEKER-653] Cropped PDF Files in Example Plots Directory #695

Currently there are about a dozen *-crop.pdf files in the the example plots directory. Are those still somehow needed or used? Seems like they could be removed.

Should be used in the user guide. These example plots are integrated there, based on this test data. Crop is needed to remove the PDF margins.
