[KIEKER-1991] Check readthedocs URLs #821

The read the docs URLs partially point to old Kieker documentation etc.. This should be fixed.

To gain access to readthedocs, you need an account on readthedocs. In case you want to play around with it, create an account there and I can add you to the project.

We also need access for Shinhyung and David for the kieker-monitoring.net website which you all have. So links on kieker-monitoring.net can be fixed by everyone of us.
