[KIEKER-960] Running analyses can be deleted #952

JIRA Issue: KIEKER-960 Running analyses can be deleted Original Reporter: Nils Christian Ehmke

It is possible to remove running analyses. This means that they are still running, but cannot be terminated (or otherwise accessed). This should be corrected.

Solved in changeset:dcb906e24d6c6c02d7e7ed0f62aac1b1dac60f6e/kieker.webgui.

An analysis in the running or terminating state cannot be deleted.
